Al Neely has been inspecting homes since 1994 with a national termite and pest control company.
From 1999 through 2010 Al Neely launched his own company where he performed inspections on properties for termites, moisture, structural inspections.
From 2010 through 2015 Al Neely obtained his certifications with the VPMA for Wood Destroying Insect and Moisture reports. During that time, he performed inspections on properties for mortgage company financing as well as inspections under his Public Health certification.
In 2016 Al Neely earned his certification from American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT)
On the average, Mr. Neely performs 250 inspections per year
